We accept returns, whatever the reason, that are initiated within 30 days from the day of purchase. Due to the unique character of each item, we will not be able to replace damaged or lost items with their equivalents.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Arrigucci of Sweden AB, Majgatan 13, 21565 Malmö, Sweden.
We will provide you with the most possible accurate description of the item in terms of condition, size, material, weaving and embroidery technique, origin and estimated age. However, due to the very nature of these items and the way they are sourced, all are sold “as is” and cannot be deemed to have made any representation or warranty. We will therefore stand for, on top of the price of the item, its shipping only in case of proven damage on arrival or if we have sent you the wrong item. We will refund the cost of shipping at economy rate that you have paid to return us the item.
In case the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a traceable shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing returns
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping to you
We offer free shipping of all items to you whatever the destination, using the local post service provider as a traceable standard shipping delivery. We can offer you express service at an additional fee that you will be charged for.
